accurate inspection of your property. Our dogs are specially trained to detect
mold and bed bugs, and determine precise areas of infestation. Our technicians
will evaluate ‘canine alerts’, conduct visual inspection, and report on the
assessment of your property.

What to expect:

• an on-site client interview
• a visual inspection of the premises by technician/handler, identifying any
  visible problem areas
• advice re: preparation of property for most accurate canine assessment
  (removing food, water, animals and other distractions from areas to be
  assessed)
• handler and dog walk the property, seeking the ‘target scent’ that
  indicates problems
• dog will ‘alert’ (point) if scent is found
• handler and dog do a second round through property to confirm ‘alerts’
  and pinpoint exact source of concern (notes and photographs)
• report on findings
• consultation and follow up
